Happy Friday---

Where have you been? Just kidding.......sorry I have been out of touch! Keeping up with JCC keeps me hopping! :)

We got to see some of the pictures from the photoshoot the other day and they look awesome......be looking for a sneak peak very soon.

When JCC is not on Winter Jam or at school, they have been in the studio recording for the next record. Be sure to ask them what their favorite songs are so far.

At the past couple of Winter Jam shows we have heard a lot of you say how much you enjoy talking to pureNRG on myspace and in various chat rooms. Please know that the ONLY place......and I mean O-N-L-Y place you can communicate directly with pureNRG is through www.pureNRGonline.com and the blogs that the group members post. I don’t mean to disappoint you, but you’ve been communicating with imposters and I wanted to make sure you knew that.

Thanks for being the best fans ever......TTYL!
Stacey

PS: I enjoyed meeting so many of you in Norfolk, VA last weekend.......don’t forget only 3 weekends left before Winter Jam 09 is over.

Vote for our friend!

Shout out to Aunt Alice, Nana, D and Aunt Allison for coming to the show in Norfolk, VA. My Aunt Allison brought me her old guitar – it even has her old flowered guitar strap still attached! I really want to learn to play it and I am hoping that Stephanie Smith and Francesca Battistelli (from the tour) will give me some lessons backstage.

By the way, Francesca is up for New Artist of the Year so if you get a chance, vote for her online at:
http://gospelmusicchannel.com/doves.

We are in Oklahoma City today and it is beautiful outside. We hope to go to Bricktown and get cinnamon lollipops. We got some at a local shop there last year and they are yummy!!! After the show we might go see the Oklahoma City Memorial. We went late at night last year and it was very moving. There are rows of chairs with lights shining on them – one for each person killed in the office bombing. The children that were killed in the daycare center in the building are represented by smaller chairs. The gates on each side of the Memorial show the time 9:01 (before the bombing) and 9:03 (after the bombing). The bombing occurred at 9:02 in the morning and after that the world was changed forever. Anyway, it really makes you appreciate life and how quickly things can change.

Peace and love,
CaRoLiNe

Meetings, New Photos and Drums

Hello everyone!
We had a meeting with the meanager, Stacey, this morning to see some pics from the photoshoot. They are pretty awesome. Can't wait for you guys to see them. I just went to Guitar Center and picked up a new bass pedal (pedal used to hit the big drum in the middle) - haha, for you non-drummers.

We head off again tonight to go to Oklahoma City. Well I'm about to be at recording so I'll catch you guys in a few days.

School and Such

Hiya NRGized peeps of the online community! (given to me by pipsqueakwithNRG_345)

Today I had a very enjoyable day at school. I arrived precisely on time at 8:10 a.m. to attend a Tennessee History class. Then continued
on to an education filled IPS class where we learned how to do the Inverse Square Law! After IPS was finished, I went on to my favorite
subject...Mathematics, Level II. There, I turned in a test that I had completed over the weekend. Next, I ate a glorious gourmet
peanut-butter and jelly sandwich made by my loving chef, Tina (or my loving Mama...haha). My next class was Composition II/Grammar. Today we worked on conclusions sentences for our essays that we are going to write in the near future. The next class I attended was American History class. In this class, we outlined different worksheets and took notes on the lecture that our teacher had given us. The last class I attended was English. Today we had a sub for this class, but it was still fun!!!!

We are now in the studio, recording the 4th or 5th song that will be on the new record.

Well, I have to go finish up some homework that is due tomorrow, because we leave tomorrow night at 7p.m! See you all sometime (in
Heaven!!!)

Peace,
Carolyne

The Songs They've Written

Hey Guys!
My sister had this brilliant idea, so I thought I'd share it with y'all! You know how JCC have all written their own songs? Well Rachel said they should do an album of all the songs they've written! Anywasy, I thought that was a really cool idea =) I would love to hear those songs someday!

Chat Q&A

More Q&A from Online Chat

What’s your favorite pureNRG dance
Caroline: Footloose because it is upbeat and fun and gets both kids and adults on their feet and dancing.
Jordan: My favorite pureNRG dance is 360.
Carolyne: 360, Like and Footloose are my favorite dances.

What’s the craziest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Caroline: It is very flattering when someone asks for my signature or picture. I have signed purses, cell phones, jeans and tennis shoes. But one time, a dad and his kids were in line for a picture. I thought the dad was going to take a picture of the kids with pureNRG but instead, the kids took a picture of their dad with pureNRG!
Jordan: Someone asked me to prom!
Carolyne: I was sent a birthday present in the mail

What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not performing?
Caroline: My favorite thing to do when I am not performing is swim. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing on the computer, shopping and baking.
Jordan: I enjoy skateboarding, painting and making music.
Carolyne: I LOVE spending time with my family at my house and different getaways (the beach, Gatlinburg, the lake, etc)

How often do you guys tumble?
Caroline: We practice tumbling every week to improve our skills and learn new tricks.
Jordan: Once or twice a week we go to the gym for 1 or 2 hours.
Carolyne: We tumble almost every day. If not together at practice, then in our own backyards.

Which CD has been your favorite to record?
Caroline: pureNRG Christmas
Jordan: Here We Go Again
Carolyne: pureNRG Christmas

Greetings

Hiya Readers! Have you noticed that almost every time I write a journal, I always try to think of a new greeting! Such as, "Hey Peeps!" or "What's up NRGetic Readers! Well, I have started running out of fun greetings! So I was wondering if y'all could help me out a little bit? If any of you have any good greetings that I could use in my journals, please share! Of course, if you want, you could put your first name so that you would be recognized for your genius creativity!!

On another note! Winter Jam has been so much fun! It is already half over, which makes me really sad. :( The crew, artists, merchandise, etc. have all been such a blessing to us as individuals and as a whole (pureNRG)! The other part of WinterJam '09 that has been so great is getting to meet you guys! Even though we are tired when we go at the end of the show to sign autographs, you guys are still there with excited faces and are ready to meet even if for just a quick moment! You guys are what keeps us going and we THANK YOU so much for that!!!!

Well, I need to go finish an essay for American History taught by the wonderful Ms. Land!!!!!!!!!
Peace,

More Q&A ...

Okay so the questions and answers continue – hope that is okay with you guys. I am trying to read through all my blogs – thanks for writing in and keeping up with us. We really appreciate it.

So ... here goes:

Prayers for Destiny and the friends and families of Lyndsey, Hayden, and Josh.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who joined in our chat room last weekend and sorry, sorry, sorry to all those who had a frustrating
experience with it. We will try it again and hopefully it will be a good experience for everyone!

For stage clothes, I like to shop at Express, Wet Seal and Limited Too.

A Rockette is dance member of the dance troupe that performs at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. All the dancers have to be between 5’6” and 5’9” – they put the taller dancers in the middle and the shorter ones at the end so they all look like they are the same height.

I think it is fine to like someone but I think we are too young to have boyfriends and girlfriends. If you like someone, I think it is best to be good friends and get together in groups to go bowling or go to the movies.

I am glad you guys like the hoodies. I like them too – I am going to get the purple and white one and my brother is going to get the orange one.

At WinterJam we perform at 6:25 on Thursday and Friday nights and at 5:25 on Saturday and Sunday nights. We get to go on-stage with TobyMac for his last song and then we go out to the concourse to meet people.

Sorry, WinterJam is not going to California – boo hoo!

Back on the housecleaning thing … my favorite thing to do is straighten up the playroom and surprise my mom when she comes home from work.

I am not picky about the brand of peanut butter I eat and, of course, there is the recall and all.

Carolyne likes to eat lemons but it is not a backstage or everyday kind of
thing.

Okay so I am still answering questions from January so stayed tuned for more!!

BOOKS
February 12th, 2009
Hello peeps! We are in the studio right now! I have to read 40 or so pages in my book for school tomorrow! Whoohoo! We finished the first song for the new album last night and my friend Jessica got to sing on it! On a personal note - I finished the Twilight book and have finally gotten to start reading New Moon! For any of you who have read the books, you would know how attached you can get to them....it's crazy!

Well, I have had to pace myself and remember that I shouldn't have false idols in this world, for the only idol that I should have is Christ!

Well, I have to go finish my homework!

Dear Peeps of the pureNRG website association, So the online chat thing got a little crazy! We didn't know it would get that full so fast. It was very hard to keep up with answering everyone. We had Kellyn from WORD type for us and we were answering as fast as we could! We'll have to change some things for the next one so we can fit more of you in the room. Sorry if you got locked out!

The whole weekend was pretty crazy! We had a blast in CA. We went to the San Diego Zoo. My favorite animal was the Panda. They were laid back eating Bamboo and chillin'! We caught up with the tour after that in Birmingham and were excited to be back with everyone. Well I'll catch you guys the next time my dear buddy Jaclyn reminds me it's my turn!! (Yes - I'm forgetful!!)

Fish
February 6th, 2009
Okay guys, so for my birthday, which was about a month ago, my brother got me a fish tank. He told me that I could also go pick out some fish and that was my birthday present. I was soooo soooo happy because I have always wanted a pet that was just my own. I picked out four small goldfish. I named them Obediah, Lucille, Spookie and Julian, and my snail, Smoochie. I fed them and took care of them until one day I came home and they were dead! I mean belly up and everything! I don’t know what it was but they are now in the big fish bowl above. My brother and I had a special funeral including fish being flushed down the toilet. I know they are in a better place but I wish they were still here.
